Collectible Design
Redesign variations of the Brera chair were shortlisted for the Brera Collectible competition by Dantone Home. My task was to rethink the Brera chair and propose an original collectible design concept while preserving the distinctive silhouette of the existing model.
This chair looks as if it escaped from a fashion show, but decided to stay and live with you. It does not promise to be comfortable. It does promise that guests will ask, “What is that, exactly?”
And honestly, that is the best compliment an art object can get.
